Artistic Paver Manufacturing® has been producing premium interlocking concrete pavers since 2000. We combine advanced technology, strict quality standards, and distinctive designs to deliver durable, reliable products for a wide range of projects. As we expand our footprint in Texas, we’re seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow our presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Summary

The Territory Manager will promote and sell our full portfolio of premium pavers throughout the DFW region. This remote, full-time role requires frequent local travel to meet with contractors, dealers, distributors, and architects. You will serve as the primary expert for product knowledge, project support, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, architects, and distributors in the DFW area
• Conduct site visits, product demos, and sales presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
• Coordinate with production/logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 75 lbs., loading/unloading materials, and working outdoors

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hardscape, pavers, or building materials
• Existing relationships in the DFW contractor, dealer, and distributor market
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment
• Clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
