We are committed to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. |   | Position Overview | We are seeking an experienced ManufacturingMaintenance Supervisor to lead a 3-man team and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on electro-mechanical expertise with leadership responsibility to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime. The Maintenance Supervisor serves as the primary maintenance contact for site leadership and plays a key role in continuous improvement and cost control. |   | Key Responsibilities | - Supervise and lead daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for all production and facility equipment | - Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical support for presses, finishing lines, material handling systems, compressors, utilities, and related plant equipment | - Collaborate closely with leadership while planning the schedule, and executing preventive maintenance programs to support uptime, safety, and asset longevity | - Respond to equipment breakdowns with urgency, coordinating resources to minimize downtime and production impact | - Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures | - Lead lockout/tagout execution and enforce all electrical and mechanical safety practices | - Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage in the CMMS or ERP system | - Manage spare parts inventory, critical spares, and vendor relationships | - Perform root cause analysis on recurri0-ng equipment issues and implement sustainable corrective actions | - Support capital projects, equipment installations, line modifications, and commissioning | - Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, safety, quality, and productivity | - Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all EH&S requirements | - Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians and contracted maintenance resources, assigning daily tasks, priorities, and monitoring performance | - Act as the primary maintenance point of contact for Miami operations leadership | - Accountable for maintenance spending within approved budgets | - Manage costs related to parts, tools, and contracted services | - Minimize unplanned downtime, scrap, and maintenance-related expenses | - Support capital planning and maintenance cost justification | Qualifications | - High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred | - 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance | - 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred | - Strong Electrical experience for equipment and building. Journeyman preferred | - Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic) | - Proficient in reading schematics and using maintenance systems | - Experience using ERP and CMMS software | - Lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent standing, kneeling, and walking on manufacturing floor.
