You'll be the person who turns customer orders and delivery commitments into a real, workable production schedule — coordinating closely with our Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Distribution teams to keep everyone aligned and the plant running smoothly. You'll also own our work orders in NetSuite, making sure that data stays accurate and trustworthy for everyone who relies on it. | | What you will do | - Build and publish the daily and weekly production schedule, sequencing work across our production lines and shifts to hit customer delivery dates. | - Own our work orders in NetSuite from creation through closure, keeping that data clean and accurate. | - Work daily with Sales and Customer Service to turn confirmed orders and priorities into the schedule — and keep them in the loop when things shift. | - Partner with our Production Manager to adjust the plan in real time as equipment, staffing, and material conditions change on the floor. | - Coordinate with our Distribution Manager to keep production sequencing aligned with shipping and inventory needs. | - Watch material availability ahead of scheduled work orders and flag shortages before they become problems. | - Track how well we're hitting the schedule and help figure out why when we don't. | - Join daily production meetings to align priorities and talk through what's changed. | What You Bring | - A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. | - 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or a similar manufacturing/operations coordination role. | - Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written — this is required for the role. | - Comfort working in an ERP/MRP system for work orders and scheduling; NetSuite experience is a plus. | - Strong Excel skills. | - A calm, organized approach when the schedule changes — because it will — and the communication skills to keep everyone aligned when it does. | - Willingness to be on the plant floor regularly, not just behind a desk. | Why join Artistic Pavers, Mfg. | Artistic Paver Manufacturing (APM) is a leading manufacturer of concrete pavers and hardscape products, proudly serving contractors, distributors, and homeowners across the Southeast.
